羅比芯科技股份有限公司（RobiChip Technology Co., Ltd.）是一家專注於機器人智慧驅動晶片（Intelligent Power Module, IPM）與人形機器人關節模組的技術新創公司。公司已正式進駐國立臺灣科技大學國際大樓育成中心（台北市大安區基隆路四段43號），致力於結合GaN功率晶片、微控制器與先進封裝技術，打造高效能、低功耗的智慧驅動系統。
職缺一：行政會計後勤專員
【工作內容】
1. 處理日常帳務、報銷、對帳與請款流程。
2. 協助薪資、勞健保及稅務申報。
3. 管理公司文件、資產、採購及行政制度。
4. 支援研發團隊行政及專案後勤。
5. 協助籌辦活動、會議與育成中心對接事務。
【條件需求】
– 熟悉Excel、Google Workspace或雲端會計工具。
– 細心、負責、具條理，能獨立完成任務。
– 具基礎會計知識或行政相關經驗。
【加分條件】
– 有新創或研發環境經驗者。
– 英文書信能力佳。
職缺二：研發工程師
【工作內容】
1. 開發人形機器人關節模組與智慧驅動晶片（RoboChip SoC / IPM）。
2. 設計與測試電機驅動、控制韌體或感測模組。
3. 撰寫技術文件與系統驗證報告。
4. 跨領域協作（電路、控制、機構、AI整合）。
【條件需求】
– 電機、電子、機械或控制相關科系。
– 熟悉C / Python / PCB設計 / MCU韌體任一項。
– 對機器人與智慧驅動系統具熱忱。
– 具創業精神，願與團隊共同成長。
【加分條件】
– 熟悉STM32、Jetson或ROS2者佳。
– 曾參與機器人、無人機或控制系統開發。

RobiChip Technology Co., Ltd. is a robotics semiconductor startup focusing on Intelligent Power Modules (IPM) and humanoid robot joint systems. Located at the NTUST International Building Incubation Center in Taipei, we integrate GaN power devices, microcontrollers, and advanced packaging technologies to build efficient, low-power motor drive systems.
Position 1: Administrative & Accounting Officer
Responsibilities:
– Handle daily bookkeeping, reimbursements, and payment processing.
– Assist with payroll data, labor insurance, and tax reporting.
– Manage office administration, procurement, and documentation.
– Support R&D team logistics and project coordination.
– Organize meetings, activities, and incubator communication.
Requirements:
– Familiar with Excel, Google Workspace, or cloud accounting systems.
– Detail-oriented, responsible, and organized.
– Basic accounting or administrative experience.
Plus:
– Experience in startups or R&D environments.
– Good English communication skills.
Position 2: R&D Engineer – Robotics Developer
Responsibilities:
– Develop humanoid robot joint modules and RoboChip SoC/IPM systems.
– Design and test motor control, firmware, or sensing modules.
– Write technical documentation and perform system verification.
– Collaborate across hardware, control, and AI disciplines.
Requirements:
– Background in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or Control Engineering.
– Familiar with C, Python, PCB design, or embedded systems.
– Passion for robotics and intelligent motion control.
